Role Description This is a full-time outside role for a Salesperson, based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Canada, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will engage with clients to provide personalized expertise and solutions, build strong relationships with prospective buyers, and contribute to achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting consultations to understand customer needs, preparing and delivering tailored product recommendations, managing sales leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Additionally, the Salesperson will collaborate closely with the installation and after-sales teams to ensure high-quality service to clients. Qualifications Proven sales skills, with experience in client management and closing dealsKnowledge of windows, doors, or construction materials and their technical specificationsStrong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain professional relationships and deliver exceptional customer serviceProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to attend client meetings in the GTA and flexibility for occasional showroom or office visitsPrevious experience in the windows and doors industry or related fields is an assetPost-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
