The Mosca Asia Pacific Group serves as a regional hub providing sales and after-sales services with offices for example in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan and Thailand.Role Description: Sales Specialist Reisopack / Movitec - IndonesiaWe are looking for experienced and highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our amazing team in Indonesia. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling Reisopack strapping and Movitec wrapping equipment, as well as providing excellent customer service to clients. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, presenting product offerings, negotiating sales agreements, and maintaining client relationships.Location: Summarecon, Gading Serpong, Tangerang, Banten (Indonesia)Department: Reporting to Director, Sales & Business Development (Asia Pacific)The Sales Specialist promotes and sells Reisopack / Movitec equipment in the Indonesian market. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with strong sales acumen to deliver tailored solutions to clients across various industries. Full training on the products (Reisopack & Movitec) will be provided.Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business DevelopmentPromote and sell Reisopack / Movitec equipment to customers in manufacturing, logistics, packaging, and agriculture sectorsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across IndonesiaConduct client meetings, site visits, and technical demonstrationsPrepare and deliver professional sales proposals and quotationsTechnical ConsultationUnderstand customer needs and recommend the most suitable Reisopack / Movitec models and configurationsServe as the technical point of contact during pre-sales and initial implementation phasesLiaise with internal technical and service teams for solution customization and supportCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partnersProvide timely follow-ups, feedback, and after-sales support coordinationMaintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedbackReporting & CollaborationMaintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline forecastsCollaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns and product rolloutsProvide market intelligence and insights to management to guide business strategyQualifications & Skills:A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.At least 3–5 years of sales experienceExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesDemonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close salesExperience selling products in industrial and packaging equipmentComfortable using sales tools like CRM software and ExcelAbility to travel and attend trade shows when neededAbility to analyse sales data and market trendsEnglish speaking is required Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach
