OverviewThe Investments Team in the Sales Strategy Enablement organization in Americas COO Office empowers field teams by managing strategic investments and driving operational excellence. We partner across Finance, FAST, ISD, and other key stakeholders to optimize ECIF (End Customer Investment Funds) utilization, accelerate business growth, and transform operations through AI-driven initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping how ECIF is deployed and evolved across the Americas, with a focus on transparency, impact, and strategic alignment.ResponsibilitiesNew Sales Strategy Enablement Manager (Sales Strategy Enablement IC 4) role30% (50% including investment decision making) Fed ECIF organization and execution. Coordination with key stakeholders: requestor, deciders, budget owner (Finance). Tool requirement support (with FAST). GSA coordination. Central ECIF and ECIF escalation coordination.40% Coordination support (e.g. requirements, deliverables, documentation) with key stakeholders such as FAST, ISD30% Centralized, coordinated effort to turn Americas ECIF operation into Frontier through AI projectsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign Optimized Investment Processes for Americas COO OfficeDesign and implement optimized investment processes for the Americas COO Office, focusing on quality and speed.Collaborate with ECIF process and tool stakeholders across the company to ensure best practices and operational excellence.Represent and land the interests and needs of the Americas COO Office in all process and tool development.Drive requirements gathering, deliverables management, and documentation with key partners such as FAST and ISD.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize outcomes and accelerate business impact.Americas ECIF Transformation via AI ProjectsLead centralized, coordinated efforts to evolve Americas ECIF operations into a Frontier model through AI-driven projects.Champion innovation and operational excellence, leveraging technology to accelerate impact.Partner with stakeholders to identify, pilot, and scale AI initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.Federal ECIF Organization & ExecutionLead the orchestration of ECIF planning and execution for Federal accounts.Coordinate with requestors, decision makers, and budget owners (Finance) to ensure alignment and fiscal discipline.Support tool requirements in partnership with FAST.Manage central ECIF processes, including escalation handling.Support integration of ECIF Fed processes and tools into mainstream Microsoft processing as appropriate.QualificationsRequired/minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience.3+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.Additional Or Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.Sales Strategy Enablement IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
