Its portfolio includes The Governor, Royal Blue, Nepse Bulls, Grey Wolf, Maxx and Berries & Blues, reflecting a commitment to quality, innovation, and premium taste.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor/Officer/Senior Officer at Sagar Distillery Ltd, located in Nepal for different areas such as Birtamode, Biratnagar, Itahari, Janakpur, Nijgadh, Bardibas, Hetauda, Narayanghat, Damauli, Abukhaireni, Butwal, Dang, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi. The Sales Supervisor/Officer/Senior Officer will be responsible for overseeing the following depending on their positions:Job Responsibilities·    Achieve monthly and annual sales and collection targets.·    Develop and execute effective sales strategies and route plans to maximize coverage and visibility.·    Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.·    Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, display, and pricing.·    Track sales data, analyze trends, and prepare sales performance reports.·    Monitor and report competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.·    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth sales operations.·    Implement trade promotions and merchandising activities to boost brand awareness and sales.·    Ensure proper credit management and timely collection of payments as per defined schedules.·    Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Job Specifications·    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.·    2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in the Beverage/Liquor industry).·    Proven ability to achieve targets and manage trade relationships effectively.·    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.·    Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.·    Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.. Energetic, detail-oriented, and results-focused with a customer-first mindset.
