We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our client's sales team in the health, beauty, and food product categories. The ideal candidate will manage sales representatives, ensure smooth distribution, and help the team achieve monthly sales targets effectively.Location: Ganabahal, KathmanduResponsibilities of the Candidate:Supervise, motivate, and guide sales representatives to achieve monthly targets.Ensure smooth distribution and supply of boxes/products to outlets.Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the management team.Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.Handle inventory coordination and ensure timely stock availability.Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.Support recruitment and training of sales representatives when required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).2–3 years of experience in sales or supervisory roles.Proven leadership and team management skills.Experience in health, beauty, or food product sectors is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.To apply: please send your updated cv and portfolio to hr@talentsathi.com, we will fast track the application process.
