On behalf of our customer, a multinational Japanese pharmaceuticals manufacturer, we are looking for aSales Support – Regulatory and Quality Officer, The Netherlands (1331) Japanese and EnglishJob descriptionAs Sales Support - Regulatory and Quality Officer you will assist the sales team and the manager with tasks related to the UK and European region, and the HUK director in maintaining compliance to the local regulations. The role includes, but is not limited to:Assisting with the sales process as required by taking orders from distributors in UK and Europe and arranging shipments with the Japanese delivery teamOffering support for developing client relationshipsProviding regulatory support to maintain the product registration in UK and EU countries as a marketing authorization holderIn charge of communication via telephone, email and post inquiries, and liaison with relevant staff membersAssisting with Pharmacovigilance regulations compliance and Quality assurance of good supply of products required by the local regulation in UK and EU as a marketing authorization holderProviding administrative support to the Managing Director and team members Attending appointments with customers, interviewing users from the distribution channels, visiting retail stores, attending business-related events Job requirementsIn order to qualify for this position, required are at least the following criteria:At least 2 years work experience in a similar roleBachelor’s DegreeBusiness level proficiency in Japanese and EnglishProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Strong communication and sales skillsIf you are interested in this position, please send your CV to Andra Ordean at application@nipponrecruitment.com
