We’re Hiring | AKAD Pharma GroupWe are expanding our team in Baghdad and looking for motivated and ambitious professionals to join our growing organization.1.Team Leader – Baghdad (Karkh / Rusafa)Key Responsibilities:Lead and coach the medical representatives’ team.Develop and implement sales and marketing plans.Monitor performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved.Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a medical or scientific field.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Excellent understanding of Baghdad market (Karkh & Rusafa).Ability to work under pressure and drive results.2.Medical Representative – Baghdad / Karkh (Al-Harthiya Zone)Key Responsibilities:Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals.Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and distributors.Execute daily field visits and achieve visit targets.Provide regular reports on market activity and competitors.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, or a related field.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory.High commitment and strong work ethics.
