The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing detailed information about automotive products and services, and helping customers choose the best solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relationships, managing sales documentation, and staying updated on the latest automotive trends and market conditions. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and active participation in promotional events and marketing efforts. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and the ability to build rapport with customers.Sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Basic to advanced knowledge of automotive products and services and the ability to explain technical details to customers.Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.Proficiency in maintaining sales records and using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a bonus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.Familiarity with market trends and an eagerness to stay updated on industry developments.Prior experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, is advantageous.
