The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing team performance, and ensuring a smooth sales operation.Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Train and develop team members on sales techniques, negotiation skills, and project knowledge.Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback and coaching.Set clear KPIs and follow up on achievements.Handle VIP clients and support the team during property tours, meetings, and negotiations.Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.Ensure all team members have full knowledge of available projects, payment plans, and market trends.Collaborate with marketing to ensure proper lead generation and lead quality.Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
