If you’re ready to own platform design, lead multiple workstreams, and solve real enterprise problems, this role will keep you challenged from day one.You’ll take a leading position within the Global Salesforce Center of Excellence, partnering directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive scalable, customer-focused solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.What You’ll LeadArchitect, design, code, and implement new Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud following enterprise standards.Build custom functionality using Apex, LWC, LWR, HTML, CSS, JS, APIs, and more.Design intuitive, scalable UI/UX using native Salesforce features and Experience Cloud best practices.Act as the technical authority for Salesforce platform strategy and solutioning.Debug and resolve complex defects, provide L3 support, and mentor support teams.Own version control, code reviews, and DevOps workflows (Git, Copado).Partner with business owners to translate requirements into well-architected technical designs.Support multilingual CMS strategy and content architecture.Evaluate design trade-offs and define scalable, future-proof Salesforce solutions.Navigate multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-moving global environment.What You BringTechnical MasteryStrong proficiency across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience CloudAdvanced development skills: Apex, LWC, LWR, JavaScript (client + server), HTML, CSS, JSON, jQuery, Node.js, XML, web servicesHands-on experience with Salesforce CLI, DevOps tools (Copado), Git, SOQL, SOSL, Experience Builder, and responsive design frameworksDeep understanding of SLDS, design systems, and best practices for scalable UIStrong integration knowledge (APIs, web services, 3rd-party systems)Experience Required8+ years building and architecting Salesforce solutionsProven history designing scalable web and portal solutions5+ years leading cross-functional teams or managing complex projectsStrong background in multi-cloud Salesforce architectureSoft SkillsHigh-level analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to juggle multiple high-stakes prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication, including strong English fluencyComfortable working in a global, fast-paced environmentEffective collaboration across business, IT, customer service, logistics, marketing, and other teams
