Role Description This is a full-time, commission-only on-site role for a Salesperson/Lead Sourcer located in Roodepoort. The individual will be responsible for sourcing leads, engaging potential clients, and managing the sales pipeline for property investment opportunities. The role includes developing relationships with prospective clients, understanding their investment needs, and presenting suitable opportunities. Training, leads, and airtime are provided to support the Salesperson/Lead Sourcer in successfully achieving targets and fostering client partnerships. Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to build and maintain client relationshipsSales skills, negotiation ability, and the ability to close deals effectivelyProactive lead sourcing and prospecting skillsBasic knowledge of the property investment market and interest in real estate is advantageousAbility to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
