This role focuses on identifying opportunities, securing new accounts, and driving revenue growth through strong relationship-building and strategic sales execution. Compensation for this role is commission-based, offering high earning potential for top performers.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and secure new retail partners within the mass and mid-tier market segment.Manage and grow existing accounts by developing strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.Present product lines, features, and selling points to buyers, category managers, and key stakeholders.Conduct market research to understand category trends, competitive landscapes, and retailer needs.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure product readiness and smooth order execution.Drive sell-in and support sell-through initiatives, including promotional planning and merchandising support.Track sales activity, pipelines, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.Attend trade shows, buyer meetings, and sales events as needed.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Qualifications5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer products, retail, licensing, or related industries.Existing relationships with mass or mid-tier retailers is a strong plus.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a commission-driven environment.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines.Comfortable with CRM systems, sales reporting, and virtual meeting tools.CompensationCommission-based structure with uncapped earning potential.Opportunities for performance bonuses or incentive programs.Flexible, remote-friendly work environment depending on company policy.Ideal CandidateYou’re entrepreneurial, relationship-oriented, and highly motivated by results.
