Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing offer processes. Create and distribute job postings across various platforms. Build and maintain a talent pool to address both immediate and future hiring demands. Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to clarify job requirements and provide ongoing updates on recruitment status. Handle daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, contracts, and related documents. Manage onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for employees. Assist in managing employee benefits such as insurance.

Keep HR databases, reports, and compliance documents accurate and up to date. Participate in employee engagement efforts and help with HR-related projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant local labor laws. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 2–4 years of professional experience in HR and/or recruitment. Knowledge of local labor regulations and HR best practices. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office or equivalent software.

Detail-focused, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Experience in fast-moving sectors such as financial services, fintech, or call centers is a plus. Must have legal authorization to work in Cyprus. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. BENEFITS: Career development opportunities within a vibrant, international setting.
