Job Title: Marketing Communications ExecutiveLocation: St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2 (Hybrid: 50/50 office and remote)Department: PropositionContract Type: PermanentSalary: 54,000Role Purpose: We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Communications Executive to shape compelling campaigns across traditional and digital channels. This role involves close collaboration on PR and content creation for both B2B and B2C2B audiences. You’ll have a talent for cutting through jargon and crafting engaging stories, with strong copywriting, content creation, and editing skills tailored to multiple audiences and platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong time management and prioritisation skills to thrive in a small, agile marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Public RelationsSupport the planning, management, and delivery of a comprehensive communications plan, with a focus on PR, within agreed timelines and budgets. Develop and deliver press releases and articles that highlight key issues and reinforce brand positioning. Content Creation (Traditional & Digital)Deliver thought-leadership campaigns and ensure consistent updates across all collateral and media channels. Create high-quality content for websites, social media, newsletters, and email communications.

Promote the organisation’s purpose, proposition benefits, services, and brand to Financial Brokers and customers. Assist in executing a comprehensive marketing plan in collaboration with the wider team. Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with internal specialists to translate technical information into clear, digestible content that complies with industry regulations. Coordinate stakeholder engagement across campaigns and communications. Brief and manage external agencies (design, print, creative, PR) to support campaign delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. Essential Requirements: Qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

Experience in a marketing or communications role, with a focus on delivering impactful PR outputs (media engagement not required). Proven ability in content creation and editing across various media, with a particular emphasis on PR. Strong time management and project coordination skills. Professional, positive, and collaborative approach to work. Desirable Criteria: Understanding of the financial services industry (e. g. , protection, pensions) and relevant legislation. Experience working with or marketing to Financial Brokers. Additional Information: The organisation is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland and provides individual protection and pension products through Financial Brokers across Ireland.
