SAP FICO Senior Analyst (Lead)📍 Hybrid – Greater Los Angeles Area 🏢 Publicly Traded Organization 🌟 About the OpportunityGrowe Global is partnering with a well known organization embarking on a multi-year digital transformation journey — transitioning from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA in 2026.This is a chance to join a high-impact finance technology team at the forefront of global innovation, supporting operations that span multiple regions and business lines. You’ll help shape how the company redefines its global finance and accounting processes.This is a hands-on functional Lead role where you’ll lead the SAP Finance area, working closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams. The company is currently road-mapping its journey to SAP S/4HANA, so prior S/4 experience is a big advantage — but if you’re still on ECC and eager to gain exposure, this could be the ideal next step.💡 What You’ll DoAs an SAP FICO Lead Specialist, you’ll act as the bridge between Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and IT, ensuring financial data integrity and continuous improvement across SAP systems. You will:Lead key configuration and support within FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets, Tax and controlling areas).Partner closely with Finance and Business Operations to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, ensuring accuracy and audit compliance.Contribute to enhancements, integrations, and S/4HANA readiness efforts.Document, test, and optimize finance processes across global teams.🎯 What You’ll Bring 7+ years’ hands-on SAP FICO experienceEnd-to-End Implementation experience.Deep understanding of core finance and controlling processes.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver in complex global environments.Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.S/4HANA Implementation experience would be nice to have but not essential 🌱 Why You’ll Love It Be part of a new SAP S/4HANA transformation implementation with a global industry leader.Work in a hybrid environment blending collaboration and autonomy.Salary Range: $150,000 – $165,000 + Bonus + BenefitsAdditional Information:We can only consider applicants who have current and unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (e.g. U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, or valid EAD holders).Unfortunately, visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this position.📩 Interested?
