6 months contract and extendablePosition Overview:The position is part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence focusing on SAP O2C (Order to Cash) Operations SupportThis position is open for candidates with a business background who have a strong desire to learn about ERP software and join the SAP CoEIn this position, the candidate will develop her/his expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), GTS (Global Trade Services) and the integration with other SAP Modules such as P2P (Procure to Pay), D2R (Demand to Replenishment) and RTR (Record to Report).In this role you will be required to gather and analyze Business requirements for improvements and implement business solutions based on validated user requirements, adhering to SAP standard and to the SAP S/4 Global templateYou will be supporting existing sites using O2C and GTS. This includes solving open incidents, performing analysis, proposing solutions and follow the deployment process until ProductionYou will liaise remotely with a number of colleagues across the globeWithin a matrix organization you will report to SAP CoE Operations O2C Lead, APACPerformance AchievementsYou will be proactive in building excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholdersYou will need to be a self-starter who can quickly develop a good understanding of our O2C and GTS template (within 3 months)You will be required to build knowledge of the SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 – 3 months) to facilitate rapid solutioningYou will be required to evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is adhered to as closely as possibleWithin 3 months, the ability to rapidly assimilate assigned business domain processes and related ERP moduleProcesses information quickly on basic ERP concepts (way of customizing system to adhere to standard way of working and master data requirements in your specific domain)Gathering requirements, functional design, testing and working with business processesEnsure adherence to EH&S policy and procedures and any other site-specific safety guidelines.Act in an environmentally responsible manner and adhere to site 5S safety standards.Key Competence RequirementsYou’ll need to have:Strong knowledge of business processes within the Supply Chain area especially in Sales Order Fulfillment Process.More than 7 working experiences in SAP CoEbe an outstanding self-starter with a commitment to delivering high quality work in pressurized environmentsBe comfortable working independently in a “remote working” organizationA 4-year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is requiredProactivity to study and improve SAP skills, willing to learn new thingsPreferably Mandarin speakingEmployee Value Proposition (add details from our value proposition slides)For someone who is ambitious and wants to make their mark in a large multinational company we can offer:A key role in the client Global Centre of Excellence – be at the heart of the SAP solutions area and have a say in key decisions that affect the entire company.Ability to work on multiple SAP implementation projectsTake on the challenges of working in a chemicals company that is also classed as FMCG and the unique challenges this provides.Client has been ranked for several years in a row in the top 50 of Best place to work in IT
