Job DescriptionThe SAP PMO Lead is responsible for overseeing the governance planning execution and delivery of SAP programs and projects across the organization. This role ensures alignment with strategic business goals adherence to project management best practices and efficient resource utilization. The SAP PMO acts as a central point of coordination between business stakeholders, SAP functional/technical teams, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities:Program Project GovernanceEstablish and maintain SAP project governance frameworks methodologies and standardsDefine and enforce project lifecycle processes initiation planning execution monitoring closureMonitor project health through KPIs dashboards and status reportsPlanning ExecutionDevelop integrated project plans timelines and resource allocationsTrack project milestones deliverables and dependenciesManage risks issues and change requests proactivelyStakeholder ManagementServe as the primary liaison between business units IT and SAP implementation partnersFacilitate steering committee meetings project reviews and stakeholder communicationsEnsure alignment of SAP initiatives with business objectivesFinancial ManagementTrack project budgets forecasts and actualsSupport procurement vendor management and contract complianceOptimize cost efficiency across SAP initiativesResource Capacity ManagementCoordinate internal and external project resourcesMaintain a resource pool and skills inventory for SAP rolesSupport onboarding and knowledge transfer processesTools ReportingImplement and manage PMO tools e.g. MS Project Jira SAP Solution Manager ServiceNowGenerate executive level dashboards and reportsMaintain project documentation and knowledge repositories
