In our team, you'll have plenty of chances to share your ideas and learn new things.How You Will Make An ImpactAs part of our IT support team, you'll handle 1st and 1.5-level support, guiding users through issue resolution and ensuring smooth operation of systems and devices. You’ll troubleshoot remotely using SCCM, document requests in the ITSM tool, and collaborate with higher-level teams for complex issues. You'll also help identify recurring problems and suggest improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-user support and remote troubleshootingPrioritize and manage multiple tickets simultaneouslyAct as an escalation point for urgent IT incidentsSuggest process improvements based on recurring issuesRecord and escalate unresolved problems using ITSM toolsWhat Will Make You SuccessfulWe're looking for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic support environment.
