Description & RequirementsWho we are looking foršŸ“¢ We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end SAP initiatives, with a focus on complex migration and cutover activities.The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in SAP, proven project management experience, and the ability to manage stakeholders across business and IT.Who are you šŸŽÆ3-5 years of experience as an SAP Project ManagerStrong SAP background (e.g., hands-on experience or deep understanding of SAP modules, integrations, or implementations)Demonstrated success managing full SAP project lifecyclesExperience with cutover planning, data migration, and go-live supportSkilled in test management processes and toolsExperience in engagement or stakeholder management rolesExcellent communication and leadership skillsFluency in English (written and verbal) is a must; German is a big plus!Preferred qualifications šŸ“PMP or PRINCE2 Certification (or equivalent project management qualification)Experience with Agile project delivery methodologiesPrevious experience in multinational or complex enterprise environmentsYour future roleLead the full lifecycle of SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closureManage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables in alignment with business objectivesCollaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and integrationDrive cutover and migration strategies, ensuring minimal business disruptionAct as the Engagement Manager, maintaining stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the projectOversee test management activities, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and reportingEnsure adherence to PMO methodologies and reporting standardsIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues, providing timely escalation when neededWhat we offerWork on high-impact international projects with leading clients 🌐.Be part of a collaborative, multicultural team that values your input.
