AtlionTech is committed to leveraging the latest technological advancements to meet the unique needs of our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a contract hybrid role for a SAP Sales Manager based in Kenitra, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The SAP Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing client opportunities and managing the sales process end-to-end. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with technical teams to align offerings with client needs, preparing detailed proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.As AtlionTech is an early-stage consultancy firm, many processes, materials, and client structures are still being developed. The role therefore requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, you will help build and shape the sales function from the ground up, from defining client acquisition strategies and creating sales collateral to setting up repeatable sales processes. The focus is on new client acquisition and laying the foundations for sustainable business growth.QualificationsExperience (4+ years) in SAP sales, business development, and client relationship managementKnowledge of SAP solutions, including public cloud, private, and on-premise offeringsStrategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and negotiation skillsProficiency in CRM tools and strong organizational skills for managing sales pipelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, Arabic languageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldFamiliarity with the Casablanca/Rabat/Kenitra Metropolitan Area market is advantageousProven ability to work in both collaborative team environments and independentlySalary CompositionThe compensation for this position is primarily performance-based, reflecting individual sales achievements and contribution to company growth. A modest fixed base salary is available and negotiable depending on experience and qualifications; however, the majority of the compensation is variable, tied to clear sales targets, client acquisition milestones, and overall business performance. This structure rewards initiative, autonomy, and measurable results.
