The role requires strong incident handling skills, collaboration with global teams, and effective client communication.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Incidents and Service Requests for SAP SD.Handle Change Requests and deliver minor enhancements.Drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives, including RCA, permanent fixes, automation, and user experience improvements.Implement OSS Notes as required.Address Early Watch Alert recommendations.Manage and handle client interactions professionally.Collaborate closely with Cognizant teams in India and Mexico for coordinated support activities.
