Workday Consultant

Language Requirement: English & Japanese (Business Level, JLPT N2+)Job Description (Short)We are looking for a Workday Specialist with 5–10 years of experience in Workday implementation or support, preferably within the Pharma domain. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR and workforce management processes and strong bilingual communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, customize, and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Core HR, Compensation, Time Tracking, etc.).Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.Collaborate with global and local HR/IT teams to manage enhancements and resolve issues.Support integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.Conduct UAT, user training, and prepare documentation in both English and Japanese.Required Skills5–10 years of Workday implementation/support experience (Pharma preferred).Strong understanding of HR and workforce management processes.Business-level English and Japanese; Minimum JLPT N2.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
