The SAP Security Engineer will be working on the team implementing SAP S/4 HANA and FIORI Security design, supporting the deployment of new business process design, new technologies and organizational structure in the most effective and efficient manner while ensuring compliance with all security, architectural mandates and external compliance obligations.Core RequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Three to Five years’ experience in SAP Security authorizations and role managementThree to Five years’ experience with SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance Access Control for user access management and segregation of duties managementAnalyze and implement SAP security requirements for FIORI roles on S/4 HANA.Collaborate closely with both SAP technical and functional teams to ensure the success of the overall SAP solutionThree to five years’ experience with user access management principles in an integrated cloud hybrid environmentCollaborate on security measures to protect information against unauthorized modification or lossWith minimal oversight, maintain complex project tasks and interface with various teamsWith minimal oversight, assist in maintaining compliance (ISO 27001, PCI, etc) of the organizationEffectively deal with rapid change in a positive mannerEnsure the coordination and communication of production changesParticipate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including huddles, department meetings, and other related effortsMaintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, support resources, and the community with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service to present a professional image of D&H DistributingPerform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient mannerPreferred SkillsDirect experience with SAP Landscapes using Netweaver and Java based applications. Understanding of GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) including configuration, rule set, mitigating controls and users provisioning.Direct experience with SAP user access management Understanding of the impact changes have on a multi-platform system, as it relates to Segregation of Duties (SODs)KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, And/or ABILITIESExceptional verbal and written communications skillsEffectively communicate complex technological issues in business terms at any level within the organizationRespond to customer inquiries, effectively communicate critical problems and discuss resolutions with managementHighly self-motivated and directedAbility to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations Ability to lead complex initiatives and project teams with supervisionAbility to communicate topics and concepts to the team and a diverse audienceAbility to handle multiple overlapping projects and competing deadlines with minimal oversight.Strong time management, attention to detail, and communications skillsEDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCEEducationAssociates degree in Cybersecurity or similar area of study required or equivalent years of related work experienceBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or similar area of study preferredExperienceAt least 3 – 5 years of experience in SAP SecurityIndustry certifications (CISSP, SAP Security, Security+ or similar) preferred
