Mostly worked on SAP HCM Payroll in ECC and S/4 Hana. The associate should have done at least one SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll project. SAP certification on “SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll” is required.Knowledge in SuccessFactors EC Architecture, Data Models, RBP, Workflow, FO & MDF, Business Rule, Time off & Time off Structure, Time Account, Position management, Report Center, Admin Center Payroll Unified Configuration, Automatic replication, Push replication, Point to Point Replication, Replication log analysis, Payroll Switches, Payroll configuration, Basic Pay, Factoring, PCRs, Schema, Function, PCC, EOS, Off-Cycles, Social Insurance, Company loans, Payroll Finance posting.Good-to-HaveExperience in other SAP SuccessFactors modulesResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role Operation Support & Handover/deployment of enhancement CRsBug identification and fixing. Prepare RCA documentsConfiguration of small requirements/enhancementsPerform SIT, UAT, integration testing
