Our team includes former superintendents, CBOs, facilities directors, and operational leaders who have experienced the everyday challenges of managing school districts. We provide strategic planning, operational efficiency improvements, and leadership support, with a hands-on, collaborative approach to align our work with the educational missions of the districts we serve. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Business Development, located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks will include market analysis, relationship building, and creating strategic growth plans to expand our client base. QualificationsSkills in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business PlanningProficiency in Contract Negotiation and Account ManagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the education consulting industry is a plus
