If you’re ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, purpose-led organisation, we want to hear from you.In The Role You WillBuild awareness of NRL’s school programs offerings and the benefits they provide students and local communities.Grow the number of schools and students participating in NRL school programs.Develop and deliver a communications strategy that increases awareness and engagement in NRL schools’ programs through collaboration with internal teams and external providers.Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with school calendars, participation goals and event activations linked to elite competitions.Oversee the creation scheduling of engaging visual content across NRL websites, apps and digital channels to promote school programs.Build and maintain media relationships to secure coverage and position NRL school programs as impactful newsworthy educational initiatives.Ideally you will have:Demonstrate experience in communication, marketing and social media management.Practical expertise with social media platforms, content creation tools and data analytics.Evidence of ability to create engaging, brand aligned digital content for diverse audiences.Excellent communication skills with ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse groups, including educators, administrators and sport industry professionals.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes, ideally within a sport, education or community focussed environments.Whilst we look for experience, we also look for people who share the same beliefs as our organisation - we are UNITED, POSITIVE, INCLUSIVE & DISCIPLINED.
