DescriptionThis is a part-time, flexible position (employment or subcontractor) designed for someone passionate about bridging science, healthcare innovation, and funding strategy.You Will Be Responsible ForGrant sourcing & applicationsIdentify national, EU, and global research grants and funding opportunities.Write and submit competitive grant applications in collaboration with our scientific and clinical teams.Manage reporting requirements and compliance post-award.Clinical study support & administrationSupport setup, documentation, and coordination of clinical trials and research collaborations.Act as the liaison between our internal teams, academic partners, and corporate collaborators.Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines across multiple projects.Science project managementCoordinate joint projects with universities and life science companies.Oversee research-related documentation, IRB/ethics submissions, and data collection workflows.Ensure efficiency and compliance while enabling scientific excellence.Innovation & efficiencyUse modern AI tools (literature review, drafting, project management, grant monitoring) to maximize productivity.Continuously improve internal processes around research and funding.
