These are just some of the areas in which we operate!Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for Scientific Business Analyst:B2BRemote from PolandRole SummaryScientific Business Analyst – Lab Transformation acts as a bridge between scientific, operational, and IT teams during the implementation of laboratory digitalization projects. The analyst defines requirements, maps workflows, and drives adoption of modern lab informatics platforms - with Sapio Sciences as the preferred system for integration and workflow execution. This role ensures that scientific goals and business processes are effectively translated into scalable, compliant, and user-centric digital solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead requirement-gathering sessions with scientists, lab managers, and business stakeholders.Analyze existing lab processes, identify pain points, and design future-state digital workflows aligned with transformation goals.Translate user and business needs into clear functional specifications for system configuration teams.Collaborate closely with configuration and data teams to ensure accurate translation of workflows into Sapio or other LIMS/ELN platforms.Support validation, documentation, and change-management processes throughout implementation.Develop key performance metrics (efficiency, data quality, turnaround time) and support dashboard/reporting design.Facilitate user adoption through training materials, demos, and communication planning.Ensure data integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Information Technology, Bioinformatics, or related discipline.3–6 years of experience in laboratory informatics, process analysis, or scientific operations.Deep understanding of lab workflows (sample management, experiment design, QC, data review).Experience working with or specifying configurations for Sapio Sciences or other LIMS/ELN systems.Proven ability to document and translate complex scientific requirements into structured functional deliverables.Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Understanding of regulatory, quality, and data-integrity frameworks.Experience with BI/reporting platforms (i.e. Sapio Analytics).
