Responsibilities Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple development team(s) within a workstream of large program for clients in healthcare and government solutions Conduct and manage sprint ceremonies (daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint demos/retrospectives) Facilitate and coach the cross skilled team(s) how discuss and discover solutions, as well as capturing and transforming business and technology requirements into high-quality User Stories and Acceptance criteria Support Product Owner to refine and prioritize their Backlog and Epics in alignment with business goals Ensuring transparency into the team's work through the sprint backlog, burndown chart and other Agile metrics; able to tie these back to traditional waterfall metrics Provide risk and dependency management and reporting across multiple team(s) and workstreams Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.Qualifications Minimum four years of recent experience as a project manager; minimum two years of recent experience serving as a Scrum Master Minimum one year of recent experience developing code, testing or business analysis is a plus (drafting User Stories, Epics) Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college Experience communicating to a variety of audiences and explaining analyses to both technical, non-technical audiences and executive levels, specifically with government clients for system implementations Proven experience working and executing using multiple agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean), using scaled agile approaches (Scrum@Scale, SAFe, LeSS) and ability to adapt approach to the organizational needs Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred, or other Agile collaboration tools; must have one or more of the following active certifications: Certified Scum Master (CSM), Advance Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Professional Scrum Master I or II (PSM I or PSM II), Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), Project Management Professional (PMP)KPMG LLP (“KPMG”) seeks a contractor in the United States to provide service to KPMG through one of our contracted employer/agency service providers.
