You will then use these metrics to drive the team's Kaizen initiatives, ensuring improvements are quantified and sustained.Relentlessly track, escalate, and personally drive the resolution of impediments that threaten the team's flow.5. Championing Organizational TransparencyYou connect the team's effort to the company's mission.Provide a clear, unvarnished visualization of team health and progress (e.g., Velocity trends, Retrospective action items).Share the team's victories and lessons learned transparently across the IT organization to fuel a wider transformation.Be an active, contributing member of the Agile/Scrum Master Communities of Practice, both promoting their value internally and leveraging external insights.RequirementsProven track record of successful organizational change coupled with exceptional communication and persuasion skills.Business-level fluency (written and spoken) in both Japanese and English is a strict, non-negotiable requirement.Deep knowledge of coaching stances (listening, questioning, feedback) and the ability to adapt your style immediately to the audience (from technical architects to department heads).Expert command of Scrum and Kanban. Strong understanding of Product Management concepts (Story Mapping, Value-Based Prioritization).Proficient in visual management, setting and tracking meaningful Agile indicators, and using data to sustain continuous improvement.
