This position supports their large-scale transformation initiatives, specifically focused on Retail operations, POS systems, and Integration projects.About the roleA Scrum Master is a servant-leader and facilitator for Agile teams. In this retail-focused role, the Scrum Master ensures that teams follow Scrum principles, collaborate effectively, and deliver high-quality products—such as retail software, e-commerce platforms, or store operations solutions—efficiently.The Scrum Master doesn’t manage the team in the traditional sense but supports, coaches, and removes obstacles that slow the team down.
