Here is the detailed JDRole: Scrum MasterLanguages: Dutch Work mode: HybridJob Summary:The customer is currently looking for a motivated scrum master for various modules within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for supervising and planning the projects of our development teamsTasks:Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.Ensure smooth project execution.Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize work.Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and teams to ensure alignment and integration of work.Your profile:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD and other modules.Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex Agile environment with various cross-departmental teams.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).Experience with ServiceNow deployment projects and upgrades.Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
