The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly Using Agile methodology specially SAFe ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify product requirements and user stories.Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with business goals.Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.Help ensure clear communication between development teams and business stakeholders.Contribute to continuous improvement of agile processes and practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.Hands-on experience working in SAFe environments (Scaled Agile Framework).Advanced proficiency in EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced agile team.Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure Boards, Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
