Job Title: Sea Freight OperatorLocation: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 / monthIndustry: Freight Forwarding / LogisticsJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sea Freight Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in sea freight forwarding within the UAE, possess a solid client portfolio, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of shipping operations, documentation, and Incoterms. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end sea freight operations including booking, scheduling, and coordination with carriers, shipping lines, and other stakeholdersPrepare and manage all relevant shipping documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.)Coordinate with customs brokers, freight agents, and clients to ensure timely clearance and deliveryMaintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively developing new business opportunities from your own portfolioMonitor shipment schedules, resolve operational issues, and ensure all shipments meet compliance and customer requirementsStay updated with industry trends, carrier schedules, freight rates, and local regulationsEnsure proper application of Incoterms in all shipments and transactionsLiaise with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure seamless operationsRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in sea freight forwarding operations within Dubai, UAEExisting client portfolio is a mustIn-depth knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and IncotermsStrong organizational and communication skillsFluent in English (spoken and written)Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Office and freight forwarding software/toolsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (AED 5,000 – 6,000 / month)Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing logistics companyPerformance-based incentivesSupportive work environment with opportunities for growthTo Apply: Please send your CV to jobs@elitehrconsultancy.com with the subject line "Application for Sea Freight Operator – Dubai".
