Job DescriptionDevelop and execute comprehensive SEO and content strategies to boost organic search performance and strengthen the company’s digital presence.Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and guide content creation to improve search relevance and reach.Create, write, and optimize high-quality, engaging content, including articles, blog posts, and website copy, based on SEO best practices.Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, and content structure to enhance SEO performance and user experience.Improve website architecture, internal linking, and metadata in line with SEO best practices.Collaborate on technical improvements to support site speed, mobile performance, and Core Web Vitals.Troubleshoot SEO issues and use tools like Screaming Frog to monitor and resolve technical problems.Track and analyze performance data using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar platforms, and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvementsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.1–3 years of hands-on experience in an SEO and/or content marketing role, with a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.Proven experience in writing and editing SEO-focused content (e.g., blog articles, website copy). A portfolio of published work is highly preferred.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in Indonesian, with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.A strong interest in SEO and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends.
