TREK Development SA, (www.trek.gr), a pioneer Advisory and Professional Services firm, with 30 years in operations in Greece and the E.U., wish to hire for the position of Secretary - Office Executive , applicant with the following credentials:3 years minimum proven experience in similar position ( Office executive - Secretary) in the Services sector from the Private Sector.Full capacity in MS Office, with proofing, editing, capacity to draft & handle documents and writing).Full capacity in the English language (Proficiency)Organization skills, aesthetics and high degree of ProfessionalismAbility to handle confidential information with integrity. ADDITIONALLY, will be given attention to the candidate who may possess the followings:Practical experience in Public Tendering support in Greece.University degree DUTIES:Handling every day Secretarial issuesHandling office & personnel daily operations Record Keeping & DocumentationMaintain company incorporation documents, licenses, and contracts (digital and hard copy).Safeguard official seals and certificates.Keep updated records of personnel & directors.
