Job DescriptionAccessories product development, project management, business profitability management including part and installation quality assurance and service part preparation.Commodity Development: Support to study market to find business/revenue opportunity by new part/product development, survey and analyze other OEMs and after market information in order to incorporate into new part/product launch strategy, prepare/analyze information and report as per requestAccessory Marketing: Support motor event preparation, prepare accessories and merchandise to be in line with new model launch, motor event, and/or other specific occasions, monitor sales and create marketing campaign based on necessity, cooperate with supplier for Accessory communication both online and offline, prepare/analyze information and report as per request.Budget Management: Support to prepare and monitor budget/forecast.QualificationBachelor’s and University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relating faculty3-5 year in business administration, marketing, project management or related fieldsPrior work experience in Automotive industry or aftersales business is a plusMarketing strategies and a demonstrated ability to apply them, Business, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation.Strong organizational and time management skills, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complexAble to lead the meeting with multinational collegePresentation and negotiation skill is a mustPlanning and organization abilityKnowledge and understanding in media production, photo and video shooting.Able to conceptualize and come up with new and innovative ideas.Have sense of business acumen.Good command in English and interpersonal skill.
