*We are only able to accept applicants with valid permission to work in Japan and fluency in Japanese.Thank you for your kind understanding.--------------------------------------Security Manager (Operational Resilience & Physical Security)■About our clientA major global insurance and financial services company.■Position OverviewAs the Security Manager, you will govern the group-wide Operational Resilience (OR) program, oversee physical security, and lead crisis response efforts.■ResponsibilitiesOperational Resilience: Govern group and local Operational Resilience. Lead crisis response and recovery for all major incidents (cyber, IT, disaster). Oversee ITSCM/DR programs and drive BIA/BCP frameworks. Ensure organizational preparedness, drills, and emergency supply management.Physical Security: Oversee physical security (access, surveillance, personnel) and manage travel security. Support health and safety programs in collaboration with HR.Budget and Resource Management: Prepare, monitor, and control the ORPS budget. Manage internal staff, contractors, and vendor relationships to ensure service delivery.Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Produce regular reports on security and resilience activities. Manage assessments, continuous improvements, and updates to plans and procedures.Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve goals. Ensure staff compliance with rules, standards, and regulatory requirements.■Requirements・ Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in security, resilience, or IT infrastructure management.・ Technical IT skills related to security incident response, disaster recovery, and large-scale IT incident handling (including familiarity with security tools, incident analysis, and infrastructure).・ Advanced proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.・ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.・ Strong leadership and team management abilities.・ Constructive critical thinking and a results-oriented mindset.・ Flexibility to respond promptly outside of business hours in case of emergencies.・ Budgeting and vendor management experience.・ Proactive support of organizational initiatives and forums.・ Relevant certifications (e.g., security certifications like CISSP, BCM/DR certifications such as CBCP) are a plus.■IndustryInsurance■SalaryJPY 10,000,000 - JPY 15,000,000 per annum■BonusYES■JOB ID: VAC-281305If you are interested in this exciting position, we look forward to your application.
