Security Manager

Operational Resilience・Govern the group and local Operational Resilience programs.・Lead crisis response and recovery efforts during cybersecurity incidents,large-scale IT incidents, natural disasters, pandemics, and physical securityincidents.・Provide leadership and coordination during crisis situations, ensuringeffective response and recovery.・Oversee IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) programs includingDisaster Recovery (DR) plans and testing.・Drive the frameworks for Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and BusinessContinuity Planning (BCP).・Ensure organizational preparedness, drills & exercises and stockmanagement of emergency supplies.Physical Security・Oversee physical security measures, including access control, surveillance,and security personnel management.・Manage travel security programs for employees and executives.・Support health and safety program by working with Human Resource.Budget and Resource Management・Prepare, monitor, and control the budget for the ORPS functions.・Manage internal staff, contractors, and vendor relationships to ensureeffective service delivery.Reporting and Continuous Improvement・Produce regular reports on security and resilience activities, incidents, andimprovements.・Manage programs for conducting assessments, continuous improvementsand updates of relevant plans and procedure documents.Team Leadership and Development・Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve organizational andindividual goals.・Ensure staff compliance with rules, standards, and regulatory requirements.【求められる経験・スキル / Required Experience And Skills】・Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in security, resilience, or ITinfrastructure management.・Technical IT skills related to security incident response, disaster recovery,and large-scale IT incident handling (including familiarity with security tools,incident analysis, and infrastructure).・Advanced proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.・Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.・Strong leadership and team management abilities.・Constructive critical thinking and a results-oriented mindset.・Flexibility to respond promptly outside of business hours in case ofemergencies.・Budgeting and vendor management experience.・Proactive support of organizational initiatives and forums.・Relevant certifications (e.g., security certifications like CISSP, BCM/DRcertifications such as CBCP) are a plus.【学歴】大学卒業以上【職種 / type of occupation】ITプロジェクトマネージャー【給与 / salary】年収 1,000 〜 1,500万円【賞与】Yes【雇用形態 / employment status】正社員雇用期間期間の定めなし【就業時間 / working hours】09:00～18:00【休日休暇 / holiday】土曜日 日曜日 祝日【保険 / social insurance】健康保険 厚生年金保険 雇用保険受動喫煙防止措置敷地内禁煙【業種 / industry】【保険 / social insurance】※詳細はお仕事のご紹介時にお伝えしますJob ID: VAC-281305/Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
