With our vision and strong values, we invite you to join the Koç University family to achieve new milestones in your career.We are looking for a Security Manager to join the Security Management of our university who meets the following criteria:Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higherMinimum of 15 years of experience in the security field, including at least 5 years in team managementProven experience in security management within large-scale organizationsHolds valid Security Manager certificationsProficient in EnglishProficient in MS Office applicationsStrong reporting, monitoring and official correspondence skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilities; result-oriented and proactive work approachKeeps up to date with technological developments and relevant legislation in the fieldAble to adapt to flexible working hoursJob Description Plan, manage, and supervise security operations across all university locationsConduct risk assessments through various scenarios and implement preventive measures accordinglyManage duty assignments, shift scheduling, and training processes of security personnelPrepare and present regular operational reports to senior managementCoordinate relations with relevant public authorities, law enforcement, and external stakeholdersEnsure the accuracy and currency of all security policies, procedures, and instructionsOversee the management of CCTV, vehicle access control (HGS, license plate recognition) systemsSupervise the effective implementation of gatehouse and entry-exit control proceduresResponsible for the coordination of on-campus guest and vehicle traffic flow.Koç University embraces the principle of equal opportunities.
