Some of your duties will include:This role will be reporting to Manager Security Operation; Responsible for securing the business unir operational area, and supporting activities in the company operational area also mobilisation activities. Superimtendet Security Operation also has the responsibility to ensure that security systems are designed, implemented, and maintained in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.Ensure the protection of business unit operations assets from misuse, theft, and vandalism to support business continuity.Manage the Security Department of Business Unit Operation covering various aspects across multiple locations and activities.Manage the security services of Business Unit Operations including Security Services Business Entity, Police, and other security forces.Establish procedures to receive, process, refer, and manage information resources, assets, and activities to support the liaison and governance functions.Managing security risks by conducting security risk assessments and establishing control measures that keep pace with evolving threats.Direct the activities of security staff to protect Business Unit Operation assets.Oversee security operations including preparation, approve rosters and schedules to ensure direction and coordination of security force supervision for effective and continuous operations.Manage the security of Business Unit operations responsible for controlling access to the site including checking vehicles, employees, goods, and visitors.Provide technical support to the Security Department in the areas of security compliance, risk management, and other Security process.Manage all physical security requirements for areas under control.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security systems, security technologies and security threat trends.Keep up to date with changes to security regulations and/or standard and communicate relevant changes to management and employees.Prepare and implement security plan, procedures, instructions, and orders.Participate in the development of emergency/contingency response plans and procedures.Assist with the implementation of emergency/contingency response plans and procedures.Provide technical support and expertise for Security-related incidents and investigations.Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Unit Operation.Propose and manage section budget and spending as per company policies to achieve efficient operation; Implement financial procedures and accountability in accordance with departmental financial plan; Responsible for managing the security operating budget that has been set and approved by Management; Review monthly cost and production against budget and identify improvements. Other duties as assigned.What skills and experience do you need?Bachelor's degree in a relevant security discipline; Have tertiary education in a related security discipline: Gada Utama Security and Security Risk Assessment.Have minimum of 12-15 years’ relevant work experience in Security Services Operations and Management in appropriate industry: Smelter/ Mining/ EPC/ Plant/ Heavy industries; Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role in managerial role as Superintendent Security OperationsHave license or Certificate related security discipline: ISPS Code Security, Radiation Security, National Vital Object Security, Investigator; Have first level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by company requirement.Experienced in Security Risk Assessment and define/develop and implement security plans; Experienced in securing national vital objects and/or certain objects; Preferably have a proven record of good working relationships with governmental agencies in related field.Have knowledge of security regulations, standards, and another requirement; Reporting skill; Ability to analyse data and identify trends to recommend corrective actions.Strong leadership communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential security vulnerability and security threat; Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments; Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; High energy and results driven.Excellent verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
