Youll work with specialized equipment, assist in breeding and harvesting operations, and help maintain the health of our orchard trees. Spring brings the excitement of control mass pollination (CMP), while fall is all about cone harvesting.Youll operate and maintain equipment like tractors, manlifts, and irrigation systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Some days, youll lead contract crews, audit their work, or jump in to support nursery teams during seedling harvests.
