In this role, you will monitorperformance across the Quality Management System (QMS) identifyingopportunities and driving improvements in partnership with the design,operations, supply chain, customer services organizations, and externalproviders of products and services. You will report to the Director ofQuality and collaborate closely with other departments to maintainseamless operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**include but are not limited toThe Following Manage the intake, clarification, assignment, and closure of allcustomer and/or field personnel-reported problems. Run daily meetings ensuring incoming issues are clarified andassigned to responsible functions. Work with cross-functional representatives ensuring issues aremoving through the problem response workflow or are escalatedwhen progress is insufficient. Provide investigation and problem-solving assistance whereverneeded. Publish weekly management indicators on the performance of thecustomer action tracking system (CATS) highlighting problemareas where intervention, escalation, or additional resourcesare needed. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for business processesthat deal with in-process quality data, non-conforming material,customer returns, and any other process that identifies qualityproblems or potential problems. Apply data analysis methods to interpret problems accurately andidentify the right opportunities. Conduct causal analysis, alone or with stakeholders, and drivetargeted corrective action. Work with third-party suppliers, including logistics fulfillmentcenters, to develop or improve KPIs and drive Corrective andPreventive Actions for externally provided products and services. Maintains a documented QMS that dynamically changes with businessneeds and business processes and remains compliant with certifiedstandards (ISO 9001, AS 9100). Ensures procedures reflect actual work practices that conform torequirements. Conducts QMS audits (internally and with external providers ofproducts and services) and drives resolution of identifiednon-conformances. Asses the effectiveness of quality system elements tocontinuously improve to meet quality objectives. Otherdutiesas assigned.Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of thisposition.
