We're expanding to Nashville, TN, and seeking talented individuals to join our team at this exciting new location!Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our customers and sales operations by reviewing and assisting with aluminum truss products to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Proficiency in understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models. Attention to detail, accuracy of inspections, consistency in following procedures and documentation and reporting quality. Ability to meet production deadlines, manage time effectively, and maintain a high output of work. Efficient use of materials and reduction of waste. Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of machinery. Collaboration with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments. Clear and effective communication of technical information and issues. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. Implementation of innovative techniques to improve machining processes. Punctuality, attendance, and consistency in performance. Reliability in completing tasks and fulfilling responsibilities. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new technologies or processes. Participation in training and professional development opportunities. Regular and proper maintenance of machines and equipment. Reporting and addressing equipment issues promptly. Demonstrates a proactive approach to work, takes initiative, and shows motivation to excel in their role. Knowledge of quality standards and procedures, use of inspection tools and equipment, ability to identify defects and issues. We have been in business for over 30 years and have recently relocated from Ventura, CA to the Nashville, TN area. This role requires the ability to lift truss and truss parts in our manufacturing warehouse. Attention to detail is a must.
