Seller Operations – Reports and Analytics

Job DescriptionGenerate data for deep understanding of business/operations performanceSegment and deep dive into pain points of seller/listing types and identify drivers of operational issues from big sets of dataExhibit advanced data analytics to devise effective detection strategies to identify problematic listings and violations to mitigate risk and ensure good user experiencePerform statistical analysis to identify patterns/behavior of sellers and listingsDevelop dashboards and automated reports to keep track of operation efficiency, strategy effectiveness and agent performanceWork with cross functional teams to project manage the rollout and adoption of initiatives with reporting and tracking of impactRequirementsBachelor's degree in in STEM with a strong critical thinkingKnowledge in SQL and/or Python are highly desirableData driven and utilizes data to drive informed decision-makingStrong communication skills for effective collaboration and clear presentation to managementExperience collaborating and working with multiple stakeholders from across teams and levelsAbility to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to drive business goals and make an impactInterest in designing operational processes and systemsBasic understanding of Data Science modeling is preferred but not essential
