Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 工作要求： 1、微电子、电子科学与技术、物理电子专业，硕士及以上学历，博士优先； 2、具备跨学科知识整合能力，能理解并协调机械、电气、软件、工艺等多专业接口； 3、具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，解决公司的技术难题，实现公司重大技术突破； 4、可全职亦可兼职顾问方式合作。 工作内容： 1、参与半导体设备的核心模块研发与系统集成，承担关键技术攻关任务； 2、负责跨学科技术方案设计，整合机械、电气、软件、真空、等离子体等多领域技术，推动产品创新。
