The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and animations for digital media, games, architectural visualization, or product rendering. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver visually stunning and technically accurate 3D assets that meet project requirements and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, model, and texture 3D assets including environments, characters, props, and products.Create realistic lighting, shading, and rendering for final output.Work with creative teams to visualize concepts and ensure consistency in design and quality.Optimize 3D assets for performance without compromising visual quality.Collaborate with animators, developers, and project managers to meet project goals.Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D design and rendering.Review and provide feedback on work produced by junior 3D artists.Job RequirementsMinimum 4–5 years of experience as a 3D Artist or similar role.Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush, or similar 3D modeling software.Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Substance Painter, Unreal Engine, or Unity for texturing and rendering.Excellent understanding of lighting, shading, materials, and composition.Knowledge of rendering engines such as V-Ray, Arnold, or Redshift.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D work across various styles and industries.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Game Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
