The purpose of this role is to assist the team in their day to day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiativesJob Description:Key ResponsibilitiesAccount & Client Relationship ManagementServe as a key point of contact for Clients on daily project matters, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Support the Account Manager (AM) in managing client expectations and delivering timely updates. Help identify client needs and proactively escalate challenges or opportunities to senior team members. Maintain professional and positive relationships with Clients, participating in client meetings and entertainment activities when necessary. 3rd Party CoordinationLiaise with suppliers, production partners, and other third-party vendors to ensure deliverables meet required standards and timelines. Monitor progress and flag any issues to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives. Planning & ExecutionSupport the AM in the preparation of strategic presentations and client-facing documents. Customize case studies and credential decks to suit client needs, aligning with brand tone and objectives. Organize and manage materials including brand guidelines, client briefs, competitor reports, market insights, and project documentation. Take ownership of internal briefings and documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. Draft internal briefs and assist in interpreting and clarifying client briefs, including verbal requests. Lead the collection and analysis of client-related data and competitive intelligence to support planning. Quality Assurance & Project OperationsEnsure all tasks and deliverables under your responsibility are executed to a high standard and delivered on time. Maintain regular updates with the AM and proactively seek feedback to ensure alignment with project goals. Monitor timelines, manage deliverables, and help maintain smooth project operations. Team Collaboration & DevelopmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members or interns when required. Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts. Take initiative in learning and development to strengthen both personal and team capabilities. New Business SupportHelp identify potential upsell opportunities with current clients and flag them to the AM or Account Director. Support the team in preparing proposal decks, materials, and case studies for potential new clients. Requirements2+ years of experience in Account Management within the advertising, marketing, digital, or communications field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with positive interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset.
