The agency is deeply rooted in lifestyle PR with a strong reputation for building consumer brands. With a full-service communications approach and a dedicated digital team, the environment is collaborative, fast-moving, and quality-focused.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite press releases, media notices, and detailed activity plansPitch stories and features to national, regional, trade, and broadcast mediaBuild strong relationships with journalists and clients; attend meetings and eventsMonitor and analyse media coverage, preparing clear reports for clients and the internal teamAttend client events, launches, and industry conferencesSecure media coverage across the Irish media landscapeManage and support 4–5 key lifestyle brandsCollaborate with the digital team on social media planning and contentDeliver monthly reports on coverage, influencer engagement, and campaign performanceContribute fresh, creative ideas to PR strategies and brand campaignsRequirements1+ years’ experience in PR, communications, or marketing—ideally within an agencyQualification in Marketing, Communications, PR or equivalent experienceExperience working within the Irish media landscape, ideally with a strong network and connections.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailHighly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesConfident using Microsoft Office, Gmail, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and online research toolsProven experience working with social and digital mediaCreative thinking and strong strategic judgementAbility to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-focused environment
