Currently live across the UAE, KSA and Egypt, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll do:We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Manager with strong experience in non-trade / non-endemic digital ad sales — ideally within retail media, e-commerce, delivery or app-based platforms. This role will be responsible for driving client success, performance, and revenue growth across agencies, media partners, and non-FMCG brands. You will own a portfolio of advertisers, build relationships at all levels, and partner with internal teams (ad ops, product, data, finance) to deliver top-tier campaign results.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow a portfolio of non-endemic advertisers across key verticals (e.g., fintech, telco, auto, entertainment, travel, apps, services).Deliver against quarterly revenue, retention, and upsell targets.Educate agencies and partners on Noon Minutes ad products (post-purchase, coupons, audience targeting, attribution).Develop campaign strategies rooted in first-party data and performance outcomes.Own the end-to-end client cycle — proposals, media plans, pitches, activation, reporting.Identify new opportunities across agencies, inbound leads, and outbound prospecting.Partner with Ad Ops and Product to ensure flawless execution and feature adoption.Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.Support development of non-endemic advertising playbooks, case studies, and sales materials.Advocate for client needs and provide feedback to product & engineering teams to evolve retail media offerings.What you'll need:3–5 years experience in digital media or programmatic ad sales/account management.Experience selling non-retail / non-FMCG ads on marketplace, delivery, classifieds, OTT, or publisher platforms.Strong understanding of:Programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges)Ad measurement and performance KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)Data-driven audience solutionsProven track record of beating revenue goals and retaining key accounts.Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with senior stakeholders (brands/agencies).Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce/HubSpot, Tableau, GA,MMPs).Arabic speaking strongly preferred; UAE market experience highly preferred.Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
